This plan is designed to make it easier to prioritize your oral health year after year with straightforward savings, preventive care, and discounts on additional treatment.
Your Annual Membership Fee Includes
- 2 traditional prophies (cleanings)
- 2 exams (comprehensive or periodic) 1 emergency exam
- 2 oral cancer screenings
- 2 fluoride desensitizing treatments
- 4 bitewing X-rays
- Any additional X-rays as necessary
- 1 full mouth series of X-rays or panorex
- 50% off CT (3D imaging) scans
- 15% off additional cleanings, fillings,core build-ups, and root canals
- 10% off crowns, veneers, dentures, partials, implants, and occlusal guards
- $50 off custom whitening for life
- Sealants are discounted to $10/tooth
